This new exclusive club will be located in the buildings on

the right hand side of the resort, converting part of the

existing inventory into an Adults Only area. This area will

include the addition of 2 new private swimming pools with

swim up bars as well as two magnificent VIP Lounges.

The minimum age required to be able to access/have a

reservation in the Colonial Club will be 18 years, and this

Adults Only section will be separated from the main resort

by a "natural fence" that will ensure the privacy of those

guests who are enjoying the pools or other areas of the Club.

At the Colonial Club guests will experience the quality of

Majestic Resorts with an adult experience. The hotel will
