List of Wedding Legal Requirements 2012:

In order to get legally married in Jamaica there are

a few requirements that guests must meet (please see

information listed below).

Bride & groom must arrive to the hotel 3 working days

prior to the wedding day (Saturdays, Sundays and Jamaican

Holidays do not count).

The Bride & groom should send the following documents

60 days prior to the wedding date in order to process

the Ministers License.

Documents Required:

-Notarized copy of birth certificates

-Notarized copy of passport

-Notarized copy of Final Divorce Decree or

Death Certificates (if applicable)

-Notarized copy of legal name change or

adoption documents (if applicable)

Please Note:

-Bride & Groom should travel with original documents.

-It is the couples responsibility to have all the

documents ready before the wedding.

-The Marriage certificate is valid legally worldwide.

-A legal fee is stipulated to process documentation

of all legal weddings and is separate and apart from

the Wedding Packages.

Holiday Supplements:

Please note there is a mandatory supplement (per person)

that will be charged for stays that fall over the holidays

(December 24th & December 31st) for the gala dinners.
