Las Ventanas, New look and exquisite menu. The chef will design a

array of fine wines independent of the standard wine menu for an

The Deck, You don't have to go very far from the pool area to get

a quick bite to eat. The Deck features an array of finger foods,

Pre-Arrival Dinner Reservations

The resort will only take a pre-arrival dinner reservation

request for the first night of the guest's stay. This will

enable all guests to have a more equal opportunity to dine

at their preferred restaurant and preferred time.

For gentlemen the dress code is casual elegance for Dinner.

This means they must have a collared shirt and long pants.

For ladies the dress code is casual elegance. This means

no beach wear, shorts or beach sandals.

The dress codes are enforced in all restaurants for dinner

hours. Guests will be refused entry into the restaurants for

dinner if the dress code is not followed. It is the hotel's

responsibility to advise all guests prior to their arrival of

this procedure, as to not put them on the spot when they arrive.

Spring Break Policy

Individual student bookings are accepted. Minimum age

required for check in is 18. A refundable deposit of

$200.00 per person (cash or credit card) is required.
